telemonitoring services without the patient leaving home. Our
equipment is easy to set up, simple to use, and will be delivered
directly to your home.
With our enhanced technology package, House Calls will keep a
watchful eye on your health through the scheduled daily monitoring
of your vital signs – heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, blood
sugar, oxygen saturation and/or weight as needed. Data in hand, we
will work with your primary care physician or nurse practitioner to
help you stay in compliance with your provider’s plan of care.
Managing a chronic illness takes work and it can be overwhelming
for some patients, as well as their caregivers. The stress of
dealing with the unknown and the burnout that can develop can cause
patients not to follow their treatment plans as directed. Our
healthcare professionals will support you and your caregivers by
